Brief: A tight delivery schedule of just 28 weeks to include the demolition of existing labs and classrooms and the construction of a 1110m2 steel framed building.

Delivery: Yorke completed the project one week ahead of schedule and within budget. The construction included: Face brick and block construction cladding to high levels. Concrete beam ground and first floors. Finished with full heating and air conditioning system. Complete internal fit out including reception area, laboratories and toilet facilities. A link at first floor was also constructed connecting the new building to an existing Vet nary unit.
