An existing lab building was demolished and replaced with the construction of a 1,110 metre square steel framed building to house new, state of the art, facilities and classrooms. The steel structure was clad with face brick with laminated cladding to higher levels. A first floor partially glazed link was also constructed, allowing access to the existing veterinary unit. The entire build, including the internal fit out, was completed within the tight 28 week programme.
