This was the demolition of an existing factory unit in the centre of Cheltenham and on the site, a new, three storey apartment block was built. This highly sustainable property was constructed using a timber frame finished with an impressive raised seam zinc roof. A high performance electric underfloor heating system was installed on all floors, enabling the open-plan design to remain uncluttered. The exterior of the property was finished with a through colour render as a contrast to the slate grey aluminium windows and modern cedar cladding.
