This was the development of 12 new build apartments close to Cheltenham's town centre and was one of the only developments of its type being constructed in the area. The main structure consisted of a highly insulated timber frame with blockwork exterior, through colour render and a Sarnafil flat roofing system. The extensive glazing and bi-fold doors were powder coated aluminium and helped to create a highly thermally efficient envelope. The render finish was highlighted by areas of Trespa laminate boarding and the spacious one and two bedroom apartments were unusually light and airy. The top floor penthouse incorporated a large stepped back balcony providing fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.
