This was the complete remodelling and refurbishment of a four storey Grade II listed office and retail building in the centre of Cirencester, on a full Design and Build contract. The project involved the removal of an existing staircase and the re-instatement of a new oak one to the rear office space. This enabled the front office to be opened up with some major supporting steelwork at high level. All the internal doors were replaced with new bespoke fire doors, in line with the requirements of the conservation officer. A new cellar access was excavated and the original stone steps were uncovered and repaired accordingly. New electrics, data systems and flooring were installed along with complete redecoration throughout.
