This project was the complete refurbishment of a three storey Grade II listed residential property in the middle of Cirencester Park, Gloucestershire. The three roofs of this four bedroom house were replaced along with much of the leadwork. There were also extensive repairs to the crenelated stonework sections. A new kitchen and two new bathrooms were installed and a new mains pressure plumbing system and complete re-wire brought the property up to current building regulation standards. The refurbishment also included extensive re-plastering, new flooring and re-decoration throughout.
