This was a highly individual new dwelling on a prime site in central Cheltenham. The build incorporated the latest technology in terms of renewable energy sources, including a heat recovery system and solar panels. Extensive and highly efficient glazing by Velfac, combined with insulation levels far above building regulation requirements, resulted in a highly sustainable home that was extensively future proofed. Some of the main features of the property included a cantilevered timber and glass staircase, an imported German kitchen and high quality limed oak flooring. Externally, the through coloured render finish was by Alsecco and the natural stone patio and water features were enclosed by a state of the art fencing system.
