Total Contract Value £375,000

Contract Duration Five months

This was the complete transformation of a Cotswold stone property and the conversion of an attached barn using traditional materials and techniques. The barn required extensive underpinning prior to the commencement of internal works. Roofing works consisted of a mixture of Cotswold stone tiles and Welsh slates and other works included new Cotswold stone walling to both the extension and the boundary walls. In-house bespoke joinery included an oak staircase to create a large mezzanine study/library, overlooking the open plan living room. Throughout there were high specification internal finishes, from marble and solid oak flooring through to a hand built kitchen/utility room.
