This was a sympathetic restoration and conversion of a former period hotel into luxury apartments in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. Many of the original Georgian features were incorporated into the high specification design, including a vaulted basement area that was re-modelled to house a swimming pool and gymnasium complex. To the front of the property the impressive stone porch was completely re-built as were the original bay windows. The three bedroom penthouse featured a huge glazed atrium with access to a private roof terrace.
