This old Cotswold stone cottage achieved a change of use to create a retail wine shop premises on the main high street in Lechlade, Gloucestershire. The conversion also included a small extension to create a wine storage area and the installation of bespoke oak shelving units to house the wine within the retail areas. New access was created and high spec lighting was included, along with re-plastering and decoration throughout.
